I found this recipe online and instantly printed it because it just looked like a great side dish, and something in the vegetable category to give my kids (Nathan (5) LOVED it-I think he he had 10 of them; Sydney (2) said “yuck” and wouldn’t even try them, but no surprise there. I can’t fool her.).
In the spirit of Channukah I served them with apple sauce, but ketchup could have been done as well. No one knew they were cauliflower, not even hubby.
