I made this dinner last night when I got home from work, and after reading the entire recipe through, which I sometimes fail to do, knew this would be easy and delicious. I made the first round for myself, adding about 6 shrimp in. Then I reheated it with the rest of David’s shrimp in there. It’s a really beautiful looking dish, you can certainly serve it with jasmine rice, add some other things in there (possibly tofu as a substitute for shrimp) but I wouldn’t really change a thing.
